apart from the rehearsal on 4th October, when we be back at St Nicholas Church Hall.
Rehearsals are on a Friday Night at 7.30pm for a prompt 7.45 start.
For further details, use the buttons at the top of the page.
On arrival
Switch on water heater in the right hand corner by the sink, this is our source of hot water
Get out c25 mugs, please use the ones in the cupboard under the sink on the left. Note: We do not have permission to use the brown cups and mugs branded Vital Village, nor their coffee machine
Get the two metal vacuum flask and two white plastic flasks (possibly from cupboards) out plus teaspoons and a couple of large plates for biscuits, (or use grey trays stored on rear work surface).
When the refreshment bag arrives, unpack it and make sure the money box is put out plus biscuits, tea towels, milk, tea, coffee and sugar
Ideally fill a couple of flasks prior to the rehearsal if the water is hot enough. This speeds up serving.
At the break
Serve tea and coffee
Ask people to pay 60p unless they say they have paid for the term (£5)
Collect in cups and wash and dry them
Switch off water heater
Wipe surfaces clean and ensure everything is returned to cupboard and is tidy
Repack refreshment bag.
